Timothy J. Simpson joined Covanta Energy in 1992. He has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since December 2007, and since 2004 he served the Company as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. From 2001 to March 2004, Mr. Simpson served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Covanta Energy and as Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Covanta Energy Group, Inc.
